Hello / Our Philosophy

I'm Dave Glahn. I've been a professional strength athlete for over 25 years. I've won local, state and national titles in deadlift competitions. Through all those years, I've learned what works, what doesn't, what gets results, and what spins your wheels.

At Powerform, we believe in being EFFECTIVE. Two, 30-minute sessions a week of the RIGHT lifts in the RIGHT form will yield phenomenal results. We do not promise the perfect body, but we know that if you stick with our program you will get STRONGER.

Our Trainers / Love To Train

Members of Powerform hold 24 state titles, 4 national titles, and 10 world titles in strength competitions. However, the vast, vast majority of our clients do not compete. They come from all walks of life, are of all ages, and have many different fitness goals. In fact, over half of our clients are over the age of 40. But they all have one thing in common: They want the health and athletic benefits of increasing their strength.

Since the gym is basically open from early morning until the evening, they are very flexible with the hours. Dave loves dogs too, so you can bring your pooch to hang out while you train and it ain't no thang.
