Dave Glahn is a Colorado native with over 30 years experience as a professional strength trainer. Dave has successfully trained two of his clients to win two state titles, one national title, and two world titles.

Dave actively competes in deadlifting competitions and holds the 2001 WABDL World Championship Title in the 275 lb. weight class. In addition, Dave holds 3 California state records in the dead lift, and was ten time CA and CO state champion, as well as national champion in the 242 lb., 259 lb., 275 lb., and 308 lb. classes.

Stephanie mixes traditional strength training with best practices from yoga training, pilates and other forms of fitness training. Her style can best be described as a mix of heavy lifting and high intensity circuit training. Years of experience and training help her customize programs for each client's goals.

Jason is a Bay Area native who specializes in strength training with an emphasis on core development, posture alignment, and balance. A dedicated cyclist, Jason has actually ridden the entire length of the United States (it took 32 days!).
While Jason has often taught his clients standard strength training routines, he enjoys mixing routines up with innovative exercises designed to challenge not only the targeted muscles, but improve posture and balance.

Born and raised in San Francisco, CA. Alex has been in the fitness industry for over 5 years. Wellness and fitness have been important in Alex's life. Alex believes there no greater pursuit than the journey toward individual balance.
Alex believes finding the missing areas of a person's life are just as important as functional strength, versatile movement and power.
Alex approaches personal training from a unique a varied set of experiences: From boxing to gymnastics as a youth to collegiate level American football and rugby. Ales's training draws from all those experiences. His passion is to pass on excitement for the life we live while increasing awareness of what our bodies, minds and spirits need.
